    Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Prep Cook / Pantry Cook to support daily culinary operations within our Food & Beverage department. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with a sense of urgency, and understands that great meals start with great prep.

    Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and a natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

    What You'll Do

    As a Prep Cook, you'll work alongside our culinary team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure our members and guests receive a consistently excellent dining experience.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Prep and assemble salads, cold dishes, and sandwiches
    • Wash, chop, and portion fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses
    • Support line cooks with portioning and kitchen prep
    • Assist with buffet and snack bar as needed
    • Properly store and label all food items
    • Maintain a clean, sanitary work area throughout your shift

    What We're Looking For

    • Dependable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
    • Ability to follow recipes and instructions with accuracy and consistency
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
    • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred
    • Food handler / food safety certification required
    • Ability to stand for extended periods in a hot, high-volume kitchen
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

    AM and PM shifts available.
