We are accepting applications for shift foreman at the Warrior Preparation Plant. To be considered in the selection process, the following is a list of desired qualifications:

Job Responsibilities Include, without limitation:

• Supervision of employees responsible for the processing of coal and loading of rail cars on critical timelines.
• Organization and workplace scheduling.
• Management and supervision of day-to-day logistics, shipping, and inventory management work.
• Engaging in and overseeing welding, mechanical and repair of facilities and equipment used in Warrior operations.
• Leading and taking responsibility for the safety and health of yourself and the crew members under your supervision.

Job Qualifications Include, without limitation:

• Ability to Lift 50-100 Pounds, Regularly.
• Must be able to physically enter confined spaces, with regular kneeling, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, working in high open areas, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, walking over open floor grating, and walking graded pathways.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in preparation plant and/or loadout equipment work.
• Minimum of 5 years heavy equipment and dozer operating experience
• Welding and use of acetylene/oxygen torches (preferred)
• Management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize work schedules
• People oriented
• Ability to work weekends and/or rotating shifts as required.
