    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Prep and Line Cooks to join our team! As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all the ingredients in the restaurant to support the menu items during your shift to include washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning raw and pre-cooked food(s). Line Cooks will follow corporate recipe cards and established processes to prepare meals and food items featured on the menu. Food is made to order so you will have to execute quickly and efficiently to meet ticket times. Prep and Line Cooks responsibilities may overlap. The ideal candidate should have restaurant experience but we are willing to train and mentor motivated individual.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare raw and pre-cooked food items for service

    Follow established recipe cards and processes to cook meals and menu items

    Clean prep and cooking stations to sanitization standards

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Help maintain appropriate inventory levels by tracking and reporting to leadership

    Cover the shifts of absent employees

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous food service experience

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
