In addition to our products, we maintain a number of free databases and online guides that are used by millions of students all over the world. We're looking for an organized and indefatigable researcher to take ownership of our extensive collection of college application and admissions data. You will primarily be responsible for keeping databases up to date and reviewing content for accuracy, but the blog writers and product managers may have info requests as well. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review blog articles and update information when necessary

• Keep college admissions and SAT/ACT databases fully up to date

• Find information for content and product teams as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

• Self-motivated and enjoys working independently

• Detail oriented, with impeccable grammar and arithmetic skills

• Excellent research skills and excitement for learning about a wide range of topics 

• Experience with large data sets and/or fact-checking a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:

• The position is designed as part-time (20+ hours/week) but could be full-time (40 hours/week) for the right candidate.

• This is a contractor position, so you'll have a great level of independence to direct your own work. You can work remotely from anywhere.

• Expected compensation is roughly $22/hour, depending on skill and expertise.
