Prepare for Success - PFS is a Telemarketing company that works with Organizations in Healthcare - Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health and with Companies in Consumer Packaged Goods. Do you want to work for a Company that will grow you professionally? We currently have Full Time and Part Time positions on an Inside Sales Team in the Healthcare sector. Our Client has been established for many years in the U.S. and abroad, and is poised for massive growth. Come be a part of it!
OVERVIEW: The Inside Sales Professional position offers you the chance to sell unique and exciting Medical Device Products and Service contracts to Hospitals, Medical Professionals, and Procurement Specialists.
· There is a comprehensive Training period that is provided by our Client and through our Company Sales Training Program. You must be motivated to learn, and to grow yourself as a business person.
· Continuous on-the-job training occurs with Sales Executives, our Clients Clinical Team, and their Sales Training Team.
· This is an hourly position with monthly bonus potential. Part-Time AM/PM to Full-Time positions are available! We are flexible to your scheduling needs if you are a serious, dedicated, professional.
Partial work from home option potential upon successful completion of Training, Probationary period, and 90 days of demonstrated successful sales.
· Our hands-on Executive Management / Training team will help you grow and succeed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· This position requires an Associates Degree. A recent College Grad is strongly encouraged to apply.
· A Desire to be on the job and learn the Medical Device Industry, and our Clients portfolio is necessary to be successful
· Previous Medical Device Sales and Inside Sales experience would be ideal, but we will consider candidates with a strong Sales background
· Experience selling into assigned accounts to gain purchase orders (P.O.’s) a must
· Conduct Sales calls on new accounts within the U.S. and establish a strong working relationship
· Consistently promote the features and benefits of our Client and their products through personal selling efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
· Ensure all sales call activity and information is documented in our CRM.
· Willing to be trained and coached on a proven sales process.
· Strong, reliable work ethic committed to achieving daily sales! Showing up is 99% of the job!

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME POTENTIAL
· Hourly Range: $14.00 – $20.00
· Monthly Bonus: potential up to $500.00 months 1-7 based on performance.
Training Bonus: 90 days post satisfactory completion of Training and Probationary period.
· Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (flex scheduling potential after 6 months)
Experience: Proven track record of 2 years Inside Sales experience a must, will consider Outside Sales experience as well.
CRM experience: Sales Force and HubSpot preferred
Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Location: Our Office location is in Appleton, WI.
Transportation: Reliable and proven transportation to get to and from the Office is a requirement.
