We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Presales Assistant to join our team and support one of our tech clients. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to support the full sales cycle by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of the offerings. You will help serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements.
Help deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
Translate business challenges into tailored solutions that highlight value and ROI.
Assist in building a technical proficiency in relevant products, platforms, or solutions.
Assist in the development of proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Two+ years in presales, sales, solutions consulting, or related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
