    Job Description

    The Sr. Solutions Consultant is an integral part of the Sales team! In this role, you will partner with sales and the development teams to create solution architecture and RFPs that meet our client's needs for our Bolo Accounting software. You will have the ability to participate in the analysis, design, build, and implementation of technical and solution response deliverables.     Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Leads, engages, and provides support to the sales team by:

    • Communicating with the customer & understanding their needs while building trust

    • Creating RFPs

    • Providing solution demonstration to the client

    • Designing architectural solutions

    • Leading the proof of concept to the client

    • Collaborate & engage with the Sales team and leadership to contribute to sales strategy and deliver results

    • Lead the solution sales activities within the sales process for multiple Energy and Resources products

    • Provide support and technical expertise during sales calls and prospect

    • Gather requirements, develop use cases, and provide results that address the client’s needs and constraints

    • Manage the technical and/or solution response to RFIs/RFPs and oversee the team to help provide a comprehensive consultative response

    • Create and present a solution proposal to the client showcasing how Energy and Resources products can meet and exceed the customer's requirements

    • Demonstrate and utilize expert understanding of the upstream oil & gas industry and the Energy and Resources applications.

    • Travel may be required due to client or business need.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years Solutions Consultant Experience

    • BA/BS or equivalent - Accounting/Finance degree preferred

    • Experience in Upstream Oil and Gas software a plus

    • Working knowledge of the complexities around Oil and Gas accounting preferred.
