The Goddard School of Land O' Lakes, FL opened in August 2022.
Description of Job Tasks:
~Overall responsibilities for supporting the directors and owner, and assisting with overseeing all aspects of the center to include HR, health and safety.
~Maintain strong relationships with our families, faculty, and vendors.
~Knowledge of Food Handling & Safety, creating snack menus, utilizing inventory efficiently.
~Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the center, including, but not limited to, other leadership team positions.
~Assisting with training teachers with Goddard Rules and Regulations
~Social Media Experience & Marketing
~Understanding Health & Safety guidelines
~Providing breaks for teachers in any classroom at any given time.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in a preschool environment
Must have 45 DCF hours
Must be able to complete criminal history background checks and child abuse registry
Must be proficient with technology and have general knowledge of computer software systems.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00)
License/Certification:
CPR Certification (Required)
Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
