Work alongside with:
Full time Curriculum Coordinator on staff to assist with lesson planning, coordinates collaboration between teachers, support staff, and families.
Full time Director and Assistant Director to maintain positive relationships between families and staff, and help coordinate events that celebrate our teachers and support staff. Requirements and Responsibilities
Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality, greeting parents and children daily
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Ability to interact and guide students, parents and teachers
General administrative support including filing, emailing, document writing, and copying
School event planning and implementation
Inventory and ordering of office supplies and marketing materials
Conducts school tours and handles prospective family phone calls
Assist with maintenance and manage children's files according North Carolina Child Care licensing regulation
Assist with new student and family enrollment process
Acts as school technology champion, including IPAD management, computers, etc.
Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
Supports communication with parents regarding their children
Must have at least 3 years or more administrative experience working in a professional environment. Experience in a preschool a plus.
Ideal candidate is very detailed-oriented, task driven, and self-directed in completing work items
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Apple Devices, and technology
Must be available to work Monday through Friday during hours of operation.
