Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the lead teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities and lesson plans that foster a love of learning in young children. You will support the classroom environment, encourage independence, and work closely with students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. Montessori experience is preferred but not required. It is required through state licensing that all people working with preschool age students must have completed one Early Childhood Education class.
Responsibilities
Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Communicate positively with parents and other school personnel
Qualifications
Understanding of child development principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
