Job Summary Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive? We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher Assistant to support our teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities • Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation • Support children during learning activities, playtime, and routines • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment • Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times • Encourage positive social interactions and development • Assist with meals, transitions, and classroom routines • Communicate respectfully with children, teachers, and families

Qualifications • Experience working with young children preferred (daycare, preschool, or childcare) • Patient, nurturing, and reliable • Ability to work as part of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines • Problem-solving and mediation skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Early Childhood Education coursework preferrable
