Floater Teacher – MAG Childcare

Pay: $13.25/hour

Position Overview

As a Floater, you’ll support classrooms of all ages throughout the day — stepping in where help is needed most. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and keeping each day exciting and different.

What You’ll Do

Assist lead teachers in daily activities and classroom transitions

Help maintain clean, safe, and organized learning spaces

Build positive, caring relationships with children and staff

Support meal, nap, and playtime routines

Step in as needed to ensure smooth end-of-day operations

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills

Experience working with children preferred but not required

Able to work Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m. until close

Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
