    Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Center Director to lead our Spring Hill location. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality early childhood education, strong family satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team success.

    Location: Spring Hill, TN Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (varied shifts, some opening/closing) Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive enrollment growth while maintaining high family retention and parent satisfaction.

    Oversee daily operations including budgets, labor management, compliance, and performance tracking.

    Lead, coach, and inspire teachers and staff to deliver excellence in the classroom and beyond.

    Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.

    Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field).

    Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in an early childhood or education setting.

    Must be at least 21 years old.

    Must meet all state requirements for early childhood educators and pass a background check.

    Skilled in operational efficiency — budgeting, staffing, and center performance tracking.

    Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
