    Overview: At Primrose, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young children. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Preschool Cook to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our mission by preparing nutritious meals that contribute to the overall well-being of our students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks for preschool children, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and nutritional standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Collaborate with staff to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
    • Assist in planning menus that promote healthy eating habits among children.
    • Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed to maintain food safety.
    • Willing and able to drive the schools van when needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience in a cooking or food preparation role, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
    • Ability to work a full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in a preschool or similar environment.
    • A commitment to stability and long-term employment.
