The Learning Experience is looking for a dependable, caring, and organized Preschool Cook to join our team! Our Cook plays an important role in providing nutritious, delicious meals and snacks for the children in our care while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve daily meals and snacks for children according to our menu and nutritional guidelines.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Accommodate approved food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishes, counters, appliances, and food-storage areas.

Properly label, date, and store food items.

Monitor food inventory and communicate when supplies need to be ordered.

Follow portion sizes and meal schedules.

Maintain accurate food and kitchen records as required.

Work closely with the Director and teaching staff to ensure children's meal needs are met.

Create a positive and welcoming mealtime experience for children.
