    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at Cathedral Preschool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a comprehensive preschool curriculum that promotes academic, social, emotional, and physical development in young children. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a good understanding of early childhood education principles. Benefits include: • Competitive salary • Benefits package • Professional development opportunities • Life, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holiday leave • Tuition discount • Family environment Responsibilities: • Curriculum Development: Ensure that teachers are implementing age-appropriate, engaging, and developmentally sound curricula that align with our school. • Teacher Support: Provide guidance, training, and professional development for preschool teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery and teaching strategies. • Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum, making necessary adjustments based on feedback from teachers, parents, and children’s progress. • Classroom Observation: Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure curriculum fidelity and to provide feedback and support to teaching staff. • Collaboration: Work closely with other coordinators, school leadership, and specialists to ensure an integrated approach to student development and well-being. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role. • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in curriculum design. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Ability to observe and assess young children’s development and implement improvements as necessary. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required). Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
