    Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Director to join our team! Y

    The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, curriculum implementation, staff management, and regulatory compliance of the preschool. This role will ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children, while fostering strong relationships with families and the community. $2000 bonus upon annual review, based on performance.

    General Accountabilities;

    Qualifications -

    CPR and First Aid Certification required, or willingness to acquire immediately after hiring. Must be fluent in the English language in writing, speaking, and comprehension.

    Leadership and Administration

    Curriculum and Program Development

    Staff Management

    Family and Community Engagement

    Expenses oversight

    Management of Children's records and requirements.

    Ensure children with developing social and emotional skills are being assisted

    Implement and use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques

    Communicate with parents and other school personnel

    Ensure assessments of student's skills and performance are being completed

    Qualifications

    Florida Preschool Director Credentials as required by DCF.

    Prefer experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.

    Knowledge of Florida's licensing requirements and early childhood education standards.

    Strong Leadership, organizational and communication skills.

    Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and mediation skills

    Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

    Must be in the English language in writing, speaking, and comprehension. Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
