    Desired Skills and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.

    3–5 years of Director-level experience.

    Comprehensive knowledge of state licensing regulations.

    Highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

    Demonstrated leadership in overseeing all preschool operations.

    A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff.

    Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with families and the community.
