Location: Mount Pleasant, SC Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Pay Range: $70,000 – $78,000 per year Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid in the next paycheck following 60 days of employment) Hiring Status: HIRING IMMEDIATELY
What You’ll Do
Lead daily center operations: staffing, schedules, compliance, and enrollment
Manage budgets and P&L; track KPI performance
Recruit, train, and coach teachers and support staff
Ensure curriculum delivery and instructional quality across classrooms
Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance
Lead family tours and community outreach
What You Bring
5+ years of leadership experience in early education or childcare
Strong business acumen (budgeting, metrics, operations)
Excellent communication and team-leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, ECE, Business or related)
Schedule & Availability Flexibility required to support coverage from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. until the center is fully staffed and stable; hours will normalize as operations stabilize.
