As a Preschool Executive Director at The Learning Experience, you will:
Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees at our Bordentown and Cherry Hill locations.
Support the management teams in creating an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity.
Create a culture to embrace connecting with diverse groups of people.
Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
Promote brand awareness and take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a happy and enriching learning experience at each school.
Regularly follow up with the mangement teams to build strong business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
Watch over accounts receivable and payable, review monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
Brainstorm ways to creatively engage with prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
Support in organizing and executing community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Travel between designated locations as needed
Apply Now If You:
Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
