Montessori Training

We are seeking a calm yet energetic and Montessori Infant Teacher to join our team! You will Be the Lead Teacher for a class of infants! Use your skills to assess daily emotional, social and developmental needs of each child. CDA, Early Childhood Degree or equivalent required.

Learn and explore what the Montessori Method is all about with the youngest children. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with the individual child.

Responsibilities:

Learn the Montessori Method

9:00AM-5:30PM

Foster Independence

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Maintain the classroom environment

Follow a comprehensive schedule for each Infant

Communicate with parents and other school Directors

Work in Infant classroom; Flexible for Infant -5 year olds

Qualifications:

AAS in Early Childhood or CDA

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Problem solving and mediation skills
