The Gan is inspired by the Montessori & Reggio practices! We pride ourselves in being a high quality program with an emphasis on science, nature, art, and experiential learning.

We are looking for someone wonderful to lead our preschool classroom alongside a co-teacher. The class has 10-12 children . This position is for the upcoming school year, starting August 21.

We are looking for someone joyful and responsible with strong communication skills to both children and adults who has 3 years of experience teaching in an early childhood classroom or caring for young children.

We offer a very supportive work environment, with team building and continuing education. We have a great staff retention rate and provide a truly happy place to come to work!

Part time or full time options available.

Responsibilities

Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children with provided curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.

Manage classroom behavior effectively while ensuring safety and well-being of all students.

Communicate regularly with parents through our communication app.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
