Preschool Teacher The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to support a structured classroom serving children ages 3–5. This role focuses on helping children develop confidence, independence, and early academic skills through engaging routines and hands-on learning experiences.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative teaching environment and supporting school readiness development.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily classroom routines for preschool-aged children
Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities
Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Guide children through learning centers, meals, and rest-time transitions
Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members
Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Prior childcare experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children
Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
