About the Role:

Join Kidtastic Kids Preschool as a Preschool Lunch Breaker Floater, where you will support our classroom teams during lunch periods and throughout the day as needed. This role is essential in maintaining classroom coverage, supporting children during transitions, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while teachers take scheduled breaks.

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom coverage during teacher lunch breaks

Supervise and assist children during lunch, nap, and transition times

Support classroom routines and daily activities as needed

Assist with general classroom organization and cleanup

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

Follow center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements

Communicate effectively with teaching staff and supervisors

Responsibilities:

Supervise preschool children during lunch and snack times to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Assist in setting up and cleaning up lunch areas before and after meals.

Engage with children in play and conversation to promote social skills.

Support teachers in managing lunchtime routines and transitions.

Encourage healthy eating habits and positive behavior during meals.

Monitor children's dietary restrictions and allergies, ensuring compliance.

Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging.

Collaborate with staff to address any immediate needs or concerns during lunch.
