The Victors Gymnastics

Do you love working with young children in a fun, upbeat environment? The Victors Gymnastics is looking for a Recreational Preschool & Youth Coach to work with children ages 1–6 years old in our growing program.

🧸 About the Position

Our coaches help introduce young athletes to gymnastics while building:

Fine and gross motor skills

Listening skills

Following directions

Confidence, coordination, and independence

You may coach:

Mommy & Me–style classes (ages 1–2)

Sweet Peas classes (ages 3–4) in one of our preschool rooms

Youth Classes (ages 5–6) — the first time students experience the “big” floor in our main gym!

📋 What We Provide

Weekly lesson plans – no need to create your own

3 weeks of paid training before taking on your own classes

A supportive, positive, and fun team atmosphere

🕒 Availability Required

Applicants must be available:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00–7:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Enjoys working with young children

Energetic, patient, and encouraging

Comfortable leading small groups

Reliable and enthusiastic

Gymnastics or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
