About the Role:

Join The Victors Gymnastics Center as a Gymnastics Coach, where you'll inspire and train young athletes in a fun and supportive environment. We're looking for passionate individuals who can help our gymnasts reach their full potential while fostering a love for the sport.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized coaching and feedback to athletes to enhance their performance.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during practice and events.

Monitor athlete progress and adjust training plans as needed.

Lead gymnastics classes.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding athlete development and progress.

Participate in special events, providing coaching and support.

Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym.

Requirements:

Previous coaching experience in gymnastics or related sports preferred.

Ability to work with children and create a positive learning environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for gymnastics and commitment to athlete development.
