Preschool Soccer Coach (Ages, 2-8 years old) Soccer Shots Madison (Dane County) $20–$24/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces the game to children ages 2–8. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

We’re looking for part-time coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session.

What You Get:

Great pay: $20–$24/hour, with opportunities for advancement (sessions are typically 30–45 minutes)

Flexible scheduling: Seasonal (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)

Paid training

Variety of locations: Childcare centers, preschools, and public parks

Typical Coaching Times:

Weekday mornings: 9:00am–12:30pm

Weekday evenings: 4:30pm–6:30pm

Weekend mornings: 9:00am–12:30pm Must be available for at least one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday)

What We’re Looking For:

Responsible Timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule

Engaging Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment

Enthusiastic & Fun Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2–8)

Patient & Adaptable Flexible when things don’t go as planned and able to keep sessions moving

Professional Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners

Team Player Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator

Soccer Enthusiast Soccer experience is a plus, but not required—experience with children is key

Experience with Children Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children

Reliable Transportation Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record; equipment transport may be required

Background Check Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting

Age Requirement Must be at least 18 years old
