Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity.

No soccer coaching experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to be successful.

What We're Looking For

Reliable & Responsible

Arrive on time and prepared for every session

Effectively manage groups of 6-10 children

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership

Energetic & Engaging

Enjoy being active, enthusiastic, and encouraging

Comfortable being silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children

Create a fun and positive learning environment

Professional

Friendly, approachable, and dependable

Represents Soccer Shots positively at all locations

Maintains a professional appearance and attitude

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Enjoy working with children in a positive environment

Reliable transportation to locations

Daily access to a smartphone and internet

Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
