Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young children? We’re looking for a fun-loving Preschool Sports & Fitness Teacher/Coach to bring sports, movement, and fitness to life for preschoolers!

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead fun, age-appropriate sports and fitness activities that build motor skills, coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Teach engaging classes in a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, martial arts, and more.
Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate and succeed.
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure activities are conducted in a safe, supportive environment.
Use positive, age-appropriate behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful and welcoming classroom.
What You’ll Do
Get Kids Moving! Lead fun, age-appropriate sports and fitness activities that help preschoolers build coordination, motor skills, confidence, and teamwork.
Bring Sports to Life! Teach exciting classes featuring soccer, basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, martial arts, and more.
Create a Positive Experience! Encourage every child to participate, try new things, develop sportsmanship, and celebrate their accomplishments.
Connect with Families! Communicate professionally with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, behavior, and safety.
Keep Kids Safe! Follow all safety guidelines and create a secure environment where children can learn, play, and have fun.
Be a Positive Role Model! Use age-appropriate behavior management strategies to keep classes respectful, inclusive, and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and have reliable access to a vehicle.
Previous experience working with children in educational, recreational, sports, or childcare settings is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect positively with children, parents, and team members.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone energetic, dependable, patient, and who loves working with kids!
