Requirements & Skills

NC Background Check: Must have a qualified background check letter from the State of North Carolina.

Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Solution-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Assess child development and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment.

Support/ lead classroom supervision and implement provided daily lesson plan

Follow all NC health and safety regulations and participate in staff events/training.
