Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work in a Christ-centered environment, following and teaching The Experience Curriculum. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively

Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment

Support children’s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth

Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Qualifications

Associate’s (AAS), Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or 6cr Hrs in Early Childhood Education.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated love and care for young children

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17-$21 per hour (based on education and experience)
