Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will work in a Christ-centered environment, following and teaching The Experience Curriculum. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively

Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment

Support children’s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth

Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Qualifications

Associate’s (AAS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated love and care for young children

Compensation

Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (based on education and experience)
