Responsibilities

Facilitate preplanned daily activities that are developmentally appropriate

Follow a daily schedule

Provide basic care and caregiving activities, based on DCF Rule

Provide a safe and loving environment for little ones to thrive

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider is a plus but not mandatory

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Genuine Love for children
