Responsibilities: • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children. • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. • Communicate with love with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behavior. • Conduct regular assessments to track students' developmental milestones. • Work with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students. Qualifications: • 6+ months of experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related discipline is preferred, but a high school diploma is required. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. • Able to pass a background check. • Willing to obtain a CPR and 1st Aid certification. Compensation: $18 hourly
