Preschool Teacher

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and educational classroom environment for young learners.

This role focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, supporting kindergarten readiness, and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a preschool classroom and implement engaging daily learning experiences

Support children's cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development

Create lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with developmental milestones

Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture

Guide classroom routines, transitions, and behavior management strategies

Observe and document children's developmental progress

Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and child development

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment

Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required

Prior preschool teaching experience preferred

Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Ability to create engaging and educational learning experiences

Passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed

Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
