We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team Part-Time! The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and support children’s social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing, Texas Rising Star aligned environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum

Teach foundational literacy, math, and pre-academic skills

Support children’s social and emotional development

Use engaging instructional strategies for all learners

Maintain a safe, healthy classroom environment

Assess and document student progress

Communicate with parents and collaborate with staff

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Texas Rising Star (TRS) classroom experience preferred

Strong knowledge of child development and early education best practices

Knowledge of classroom health and safety standards

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
