About the Position: We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3–5-year-olds in a play-based, engaging environment. You’ll help children build the skills and confidence they need for kindergarten and beyond—while nurturing creativity, independence, and curiosity every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with early learning standards

Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture rooted in social-emotional learning

Prepare and maintain lesson plans and assessments tailored to individual needs

Support children through routines and transitions with consistency and care

Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates via our parent app

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Collaborate with coworkers and leadership to meet classroom goals

Participate in team meetings and required trainings

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required (CDA, Associate’s, or higher in ECE strongly preferred)

Experience in a licensed preschool classroom is required

Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Creativity, patience, and a passion for early learning

A growth-oriented mindset and team-first attitude
