About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.

Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.

Assess and document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.

Facilitate daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Support children's emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement and guidance.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young children.

Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing demeanor.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and families.
