    Job Summary We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our preschool community. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and supporting early learning in a nurturing, collaborative environment.

    We are also seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will lead a classroom throughout the school year, assess students’ academic and developmental levels, and design instruction that meets both individual and collective needs.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and helping students reach their full potential. You bring strong creative and problem-solving skills, enjoy building meaningful connections with students, and are committed to creating an engaging, supportive classroom environment.

    Responsibilities

    Support lead teachers with daily classroom activities

    Supervise children to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment indoors and outdoors

    Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

    Assist children with daily routines, including snacks, cleanup, and transitions

    Encourage social, emotional, and early developmental skills

    Help maintain a clean and organized classroom

    Communicate with parents and other school personnel

    Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

    Provide support during nap time

    Qualifications

    12 child development unit's minimum

    CPR/First Aid certification preferred

    Background check required

    Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor

    Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

    Problem-solving and mediation skills

    Ability to work well as part of a team
