What You'll Do

As our Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Implement our proprietary curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity.

Foster each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication.

Complete observations and developmental assessments.

Lead classroom routines while maintaining licensing compliance.

Mentor and support Assistant Teachers within your classroom.

Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional learning experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications

Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool

Passion for early childhood education

Strong classroom management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day
