Job Summary Are you passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential? We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their growth and learning, and creating curriculum to meet their developmental needs.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a comprehensive curriculum using the CT ELDS

Teach children life long learning and social skills

Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques

Communicate with parents and other school personnel

Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, state teaching certification, and/or equivalent

Strong understanding of child development principles, best practices in education and classroom management

Verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving and mediation skills
