Job Overview:

The Learning Experience is hiring a passionate Childcare Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children and is committed to supporting their growth and development.

At The Learning Experience, our teachers are ambassadors of happiness who inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. You will implement our proprietary curriculum while building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where children can learn, play, and grow

Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with early childhood education best practices

Support the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Communicate regularly with parents through daily updates, mobile apps, and in-person conversations

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment, retention, and family engagement

Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

College coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Minimum of 6 months of childcare or teaching experience preferred

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education

CPR and First Aid Certification required

Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
