As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will:
Implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum and educational resources
Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
Promote children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development through purposeful play and exploration
Guide positive behavior using developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
Communicate regularly with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities
Support children's daily routines, including meals, rest time, toileting, and self-help skills
Collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience
Follow all state licensing regulations, health standards, and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has experience working with young children in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning program
Demonstrates a genuine passion for early childhood education
Possesses strong classroom management and organizational skills
Communicates effectively with children, families, and coworkers
Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Understands the importance of creating positive relationships with children and families
Education & Experience
Preferred qualifications include:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Head Start experience
Experience as a Lead Teacher in a preschool or childcare setting
