About the Role:

Join Strive Academy LLC as a Preschool Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! We are seeking passionate educators who are dedicated to fostering creativity and a love for learning in our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.

Facilitate daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Valid teaching license or certification in early childhood education.

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Creative and energetic approach to teaching.

Background check clearance and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
