Pay: $15–$18 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Location: The Learning Experience – Canton, MI

Your Role as a Preschool Teacher

Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

Implement our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum that makes learning fun

Build strong, positive relationships with children and families

Communicate daily with parents about learning milestones and classroom activities

Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain high-quality standards and meet licensing requirements

Qualifications

Passion for working with children and helping them grow

6 months to 1 year of professional childcare or preschool teaching experience

Associate degree in ECE preferred, or

High school diploma/GED required

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
