Compensation and Bonus

$18–$20 per hour, based on credentials and experience

As a Preschool Teacher, you will

Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through play-based learning experiences

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Communicate regularly with parents regarding learning progress and milestones

Support a collaborative team culture focused on high-quality early childhood education

Qualifications

A genuine passion for working with young children

Six months of professional teaching or childcare experience required

One year of professional experience preferred

CDA, ECE coursework, or related degree preferred

High school diploma or GED required
