The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children as they learn, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building strong classroom routines.

What You Will Do

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for preschool aged children

Support social, emotional, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning

Implement daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions

Support age appropriate curriculum and learning activities

Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times

Communicate professionally with families, team members, and leadership

Requirements

High school diploma required

Completion of state required ECE training with a minimum of six to twelve units

Experience in early childhood education preferred but not required

Passion for working with toddlers and early childhood education

Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
