Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin, MA Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on qualifications and experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Franklin is hiring a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

We’re seeking an ECE-certified teacher who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while delivering a high-quality early education experience at one of the most trusted preschools and childcare centers in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3–4.

Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, focusing on language, social, and cognitive development.

Create an inclusive and structured learning environment where each child can thrive.

Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and progress updates.

Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, team-driven culture.

Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

ECE certification required in Massachusetts.

At least 6 months of preschool teaching experience (1+ year preferred).

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
