Preschool Teacher (Early Childhood Education) Location: The Learning Experience – Gainesville, VA Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $17-$20 per hour

The Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to guide children ages 3–5 in a structured, nurturing early learning environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe and engaging setting

Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum

Support early literacy, math readiness, and social development

Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance

Observe developmental progress and support individual learning needs

Communicate regularly with families about classroom experiences

Maintain compliance with Virginia childcare licensing standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Childcare, daycare, or preschool experience required

Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices preferred

Strong classroom organization and communication skills

Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
