💰 Pay: $17–$19 per hour

🕐 Position: Full-Time or Part-Time

🎓 Experience: Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

What You'll Do

Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom

Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines

Actively supervise and care for children

Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Communicate positively with parents and families

Work closely with Lead Teachers and center leadership

Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirement

What We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance

Genuine love for working with young children

Positive, energetic, patient, and professional

Able to work well with a team and accept coaching

Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred

CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
